Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Project Manager for a leading Midwest contractor in Central Illinois. You will oversee construction projects from kickoff to closeout, mentor junior PM staff, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires excellent leadership and client coordination. With 7+ years in commercial construction, you’ll manage healthcare, education, multi-family, and office projects while maintaining high standards of quality and communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family and office construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software.
