Job summary

Canient Search Partners is seeking a K-12 Project Manager for a Dallas-Fort Worth area general contractor. You will lead school construction projects, coordinate with multiple school districts, and ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities include organizing progress meetings, managing subcontractors, and upholding safety standards while delivering high-quality facilities on time and within scope. Travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in K-12 school construction
• Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
• Managed all subcontractors on a single project.
• OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPR
• Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.
• Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents
• Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality
• High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer
• Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors
• Ability to manage owner expectations
