They're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead industrial design-build projects from their Chicago office.

The opportunity

This is a leadership role for a proven industrial builder who has delivered spec and build-to-suit projects for developers. You'll own projects from preconstruction and design management through turnover, lead project teams, and play a key part in client relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage projects under design-build delivery
• Manage the design process, including coordination with architects and engineers, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Own project budgets, schedules, buyout, and financial reporting
• Serve as the primary contact for owners and developers, and build long-term client relationships
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers
• Partner with field leadership on safety, quality, and schedule
• Support preconstruction and business development

Qualifications

• 10+ years of general contractor experience, with a strong track record on industrial projects
• Experience working with industrial developers and institutional owners
• Experience with tilt-up, precast, and pre-engineered structures
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Chicagoland-based or open to relocating
