Qualifications

• 10+ years of general contractor experience on industrial projects.
• Experience with industrial developers and institutional owners.
• Experience with tilt-up, precast, and pre-engineered structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Chicagoland-based or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage projects under design-build delivery.
• Manage the design process with architects and engineers, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Own project budgets, schedules, buyout, and financial reporting.
