Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Milwaukee team. Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience with a general contractor, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills. Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and MS Project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
