Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the successful execution and financial performance of mission-critical construction projects. You will lead diverse teams, manage client relationships, and influence key decisions from mobilization through closeout in a high-visibility role with a respected contractor.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale commercial or data center projects, with strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration, plus OSHA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement and contract administration.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation and client relationship management.
  • OSHA knowledge and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of project delivery from mobilization through final closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, manpower planning and financial performance.
  • Provide leadership to Project Managers, Asst. Project Managers, Superintendents and field teams.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyout activities and scope management.
  • Drive risk management while maintaining schedule, quality, safety and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop project team members and support long-term objectives.

The Senior Project Manager will drive the successful execution and financial performance of a mission-critical construction project, leading teams, managing client relationships, and influencing key project decisions from mobilization through closeout. Description
  • Lead all phases of project delivery from mobilization through final closeout.

  • Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyout activities, and scope management.
  • Drive risk management initiatives while maintaining schedule, quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop project team members while supporting long-term operational and strategic objectives.
Profile

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and aggressive schedules.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Proven experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Experience with construction management platforms, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Data center construction experience is highly preferred.
  • OSHA knowledge and a proven commitment to safety leadership.
Job Offer
