Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) seeks an Experienced or Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Seats Integration Team in Everett, WA. This 100% onsite role requires leadership in integrated planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure program success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, a bachelor’s degree or higher, domestic travel, and ability to work outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations or Project/Program Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to travel domestically 15% of the time.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver project deliverables on time and within budget.
• 5+ years coordinating multiple projects with organizational skills.
• 5+ years managing projects and using standard PM tools.
• 5+ years of experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management of an integrated plan to meet requirements.
• Maintains, analyzes and produces metrics related to project plans.
• Conducts risk assessments and documents risk handling plans.
• Develops data and updates tasks to maintain status of programs, schedule, commitments and compliance.
• Creates reports on performance variances, project status, and change information for team and leadership.
• Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to stakeholders.
