Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Project Management Specialist 4 (Contract) to support the VC-25B program in San Antonio, TX. This 1-year contract role requires onsite work and focuses on shaping an integrated plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional activities with leadership.

The candidate will apply PM methodologies, manage scope, schedule, and risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. Previous PMP or PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects with standard PM tools.
• 5+ years presenting to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership.
• 5+ years of experience working within a cross-functional interpersonal environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change mgmt activities to maintain an integrated plan.
• Maintains, analyzes, and produces metrics; assists with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Develops, collects and updates data to monitor status of programs and commitments.
• Coordinates document work statements and schedules; reports performance variances and project status.
• Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure stakeholder commitment.
