Job summary

The Boeing Company in Texas is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the Defense, Space & Security organization supporting the VC-25B IPT. This role focuses on leading cross-functional teams, managing risk, and delivering projects on schedule and budget.

The position is 100% onsite, requires U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance, and offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• 3+ years partnering with cross-functional teams on projects.
• 3+ years collecting data, performing analysis and presenting data.
• 3+ years in Project/Program Management, Procurement, or related areas.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
• Leads cross-organizational project phases per industry standards (PMBOK, PMI).
• Oversees a portfolio of small to medium projects supporting organizational goals.
• Identifies key stakeholder objectives and requirements.
• Ensures team executes tasks with tracking and reporting per plan.
• Provides analysis and lessons learned for future projects.
