Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Mid-Level Project Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the E-7 USAF Rapid Prototype Options team. You will coordinate across Integrated Product Teams, develop integrated plans and schedules, analyze risks, and drive program execution to meet requirements.

This onsite role demands strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings.
• 3+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Performs studies, analyses (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
• Creates reports, metrics, monitors change activity, and communicates and updates plans regularly throughout the lifecycle of the program or projects.
• Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices.
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Assists internal customers to develop recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to for ongoing support to stakeholders.
