Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics in Kentucky seeks a Manager of Project Management to ensure seamless execution of client contracts from initiation to handover. You will oversee the full lifecycle for direct reports and lead a team of project managers.

This role requires enforcing department policies, maintaining superior client communication, monitoring costs and schedules, reporting progress to stakeholders, and mentoring staff to grow professionally; occasional travel to client sites and Hy-Tek offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 10+ years in material handling with PM focus.
• 3+ years in leadership roles in project management.
• PMP or related certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of projects from initiation to handover.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers; set objectives.
• Enforce department policies and ensure Hy-Tek standards.
• Maintain client communications and serve as escalation point.
• Monitor contract costs and schedules; report progress to stakeholders.
• Engage in professional development and represent company at trade shows.
