Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in modular design and fabrication.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Proficiency in project management software with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in risk management, cost control, and quality assurance to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
