Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Leader for its Accessories New Product Development team. You will manage multiple engineering initiatives, provide technical direction, and collaborate with peers across PM, Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.

This on-site role emphasizes design optimization, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical aptitude, a B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Graduate studies in business areas such as PM, Finance, Marketing, or Organizational studies preferred.
• Formal project management training preferred.
• Minimum 7 years engineering experience in related field.
• Experience managing low-moderate complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple moderate to highly complex engineering projects with minimal direction.
• Provide project management and technical direction for successful implementation across NPD Accessories, CI, VE, and Product support.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PM, Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Develop risk reduction plans and ensure projects meet budget and schedule.
• Present project status and drive designs to meet cost, timing, and manufacturing requirements.
