Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of machine design experience.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and mechanical analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resource on mid/high complexity Power Tool NPD projects.
• Provide clear technical information to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Establish test regimens and deliver data analysis to support design decisions.
• Mentor engineering teammates and apply first principles to model systems.
• Perform mechanical stress analysis on linear and nonlinear systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical challenges.
• Design and analyze gear-driven mechanisms and assess sound/vibration.
• Collaborate across disciplines to maintain project schedules and costs.
