Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Project Manager VII to direct field projects of varying size and complexity. You will lead budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Travel to project sites is required, with per diem per company policy. You will oversee bids and project meetings, set performance standards, and mentor junior PMs while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of job-related experience with PM/P&L exposure.
• 4-year degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent with extensive experience.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of project finance and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for field projects of varying size and complexity.
• Manage profit/loss, budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
• Lead liaison with clients and supervise lower-level PMs as needed.
• Develop and review estimates, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.
• Identify new business opportunities within client groups or regions.
