Job summary

GH Engage, a Long Island–based construction management and development firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout on-site across Long Island and NYC. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while maintaining a strong on-site presence and guiding teams to successful client outcomes.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager experience in construction.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Experience in Long Island and NYC markets is preferred.
• PMP/OSHA certifications are valued; AutoDesk Build is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain strong on-site presence across Long Island/ NYC.
• Act as liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor procurement.
• Negotiate contracts and drive commercial outcomes.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Track performance and deliver detailed reports.
• Oversee requisitions, cost tracking, and financial management.
