Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects, services or related production work.
• Proficient with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, JIRA and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the timely delivery of services and projects within scope, timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and align with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs; mitigate risks.
• Measure performance and drive optimization using suitable systems.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Cultivate strong client relationships; serve as primary contact.
