Job summary
HMH is seeking a Lead Service Engineer in Houston to bridge the services lifecycle from bid support to field operation. You will ensure bids are viable and well-documented, support upgrade development with Product Engineering, and oversee installation and commissioning work packages for field teams.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree in automation/electrical/mechatronics or computer engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal required.
- Experience with drilling/pressure control equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure bids are technically viable, estimated realistically, and supported by documented assumptions, risks and mitigations.
- Collaborate with Product and Application Engineering on upgrades, reviews, testing, and CCN handling.
- Act as technical focal point for field deployment, delivering installation and commissioning work packages.
- Provide second-line technical support for complex issues with RCA and recurrence prevention.
- Drive continuous improvement from project experience into instructions, estimates, testing, training.
- Provide offshore or on-site technical assistance when required.
