Job summary

2H Offshore Inc. in Houston seeks a Senior Engineer to lead offshore pipeline, riser, and subsea projects. You will own technical work scopes, collaborate with clients and project managers, and drive engineering analyses from design through delivery.

With 5–10 years of experience, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team across risers, pipelines, subsea systems, and installation operations, shaping key decisions for offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Ocean Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of offshore engineering experience required.
• Experience with SURF projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering analyses and design assessments for offshore pipeline, riser, and subsea projects.
• Develop practical solutions to complex offshore challenges.
• Perform production and drilling riser analysis.
• Perform pipeline design including thermal expansion and buckling, pipeline walking and free span assessments.
• Structural analysis of subsea hardware and foundations.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and design documentation.
• Own project scopes from initiation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Present engineering findings and recommendations to clients.
