Job summary

HMH is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Houston, TX to ensure successful delivery of subsea equipment projects, post-sales support, and client satisfaction. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and services.

The role requires 5+ years of project leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in projects/production.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Excellence: Lead the timely delivery of services, upgrades, and new-built projects, within scope, timelines and budget.
• Scope Definition and Stakeholder Engagement: Define project scope and objectives with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Robust Project Planning: Develop comprehensive plans to track progress and anticipate challenges.
• Change Management: Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs with risk mitigation.
• Performance Measurement: Use systems/tools to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Effective Communication: Regularly report status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive strategies.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage third-party vendors and service providers.
• Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
