Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

• Experience developing and executing detailed project plans with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills guiding group decision-making.
• Experience partnering with community organizations, government entities, and diverse partners.
• Ability to balance scope, resources, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, and stakeholder needs.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and communicate project risks to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large, multi-faceted projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and guide group decision-making processes.
• Build relationships with community organizations, government entities, child care providers, businesses, and nonprofits.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate mitigation strategies to executives.
• Document business processes and operational requirements to align priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ensure equity-focused approaches reflect populations served; prepare executive-level updates.
