Job summary

Trissential, LLC is seeking a Principal AI Product Manager to lead AI-powered product strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This is a remote-first role with preferred onsite options in Minneapolis, MN or Milwaukee, WI, offering high visibility leadership.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, drive discovery sessions, shape roadmaps, and translate complex business goals into practical requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related senior roles.
• Proven ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes.
• Deep AI knowledge: Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and workflows.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, architects, and data teams.
• Experience shaping business cases and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Partner with executives to identify strategic AI opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions and advisory engagements.
• Drive transformation initiatives aligning business and tech goals.
• Evaluate AI platforms and architectures for scalable approaches.
• Translate goals into product requirements and delivery plans.
• Prioritize AI investments based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption.
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI; provide executive recommendations.
• Mentor stakeholders and develop AI product management practices.
