Urban Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the organizational strategy for families in target areas, building strong relationships with clients, schools, service providers, and public agencies.

This full-time role is funded in part by Choice Neighborhoods grant funds and requires coordination across multiple sites. The candidate will drive planning, reporting, and sustainability efforts, with calendar flexibility for occasional evenings and travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five years of work experience in the not-for-profit or human services sector, managing projects and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high impact partners to meet programmatic goals.
• Oversee, monitor and lead sub-contractors and partners; support program implementation.
• Develop and sustain relationships with partner organizations and service providers.
• Coordinate and manage special projects and housing-management collaboration.
• Develop neighborhood revitalization plans to increase economic mobility.
• Track and report program outcomes; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Monitor data in LEARN system and prepare progress reports.
• Facilitate community building and leadership capacity for residents and partners.
• Support fundraising, grant writing, and sustainability efforts.
• Manage project contracts and budgets; present internal/external reports.
• Attend Urban Strategies program meetings; occasional nights/weekends and travel.
