Job summary

Poli Construction Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and federal builds, reporting to the VP of Operations.

You will guide estimating, scheduling, execution and closeout, aligning with client expectations, budgets and safety standards. You will mentor project teams, oversee preconstruction efforts and manage budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements while maintaining strong client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships to ensure project

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial construction experience with 3 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen and contract knowledge.
• OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Project and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and observe project goals, execution plans with VP of Operations.
• Direct Project Managers, Coordinators and Superintendents.
• Manage preconstruction efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Oversee project lifecycle from mobilization to closeout with schedules and budgets.
• Oversee forecasting, billing, change orders and expense control.
• Mentor the project management team and drive accountability.
