Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with 5+ years of project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation systems projects from initiation to completion, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
• Direct a team of engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety standards, and quality controls.
