Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Sr. Project Leader to ensure successful project delivery, maintain transparent workflows, and train stakeholders in new processes using Workfront and Azure DevOps.

You will work with engineering, product, strategy, and business teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/Communications, 5+ years of IT project management experience, and PMP/CSM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field; 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront or Microsoft Project for project tracking and resource scheduling; AzureDevOps and Workfront experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful delivery of projects, maintain workflow processes, and train stakeholders in new workflows.
• Use Workfront and Azure DevOps to organize and execute workflows, including onboarding and closure of projects.
• Manage project plans, scheduling, resources, and status updates; communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, publish project schedules, and support Helpdesk issue management process.
• Promote collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders and handle additional duties as assigned.
