Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Manager, Platform Solutions Delivery to drive the planning and execution of platform initiatives. The role leads Engineering Project Leaders, coordinates with product management, and aligns projects with client needs and business goals.

The candidate will guide scope, timelines, and resources, leveraging Agile and DevOps to promote efficiency and AI-enabled solutions across cloud, data, and platform engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• 6+ years of IT project management experience or equivalent mix of education/work experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading diverse teams across the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineering Project Leaders and drive project planning processes.
• Oversee intake from product management and stakeholders, assess feasibility and prioritize with Product Owners.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, and budget estimates.
• Collaborate with clients, internal IT teams, and departments to gather requirements and communicate plans.
• Apply Agile/DevOps practices to improve processes and enable AI adoption.
