Job summary

Avery Dennison seeks a Manager, Platform Solutions Delivery to guide platform solutions for clients, shaping AI adoption and DevOps maturity. You will lead Engineering Project Leaders and coordinate with product management, internal engineering, and other departments to define scope, timelines, and resources.

The role requires deep knowledge of digital tech, project management methodologies, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or related field; 6+ years in IT project management.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience as a people manager and ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Project Intake and Assessment: Oversee intake of new requests from product management and stakeholders, assess needs and feasibility, develop prioritization processes.
• Solution Planning: Lead development of comprehensive project plans including scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients, internal IT teams, and other departments to gather requirements and align on plans.
• Process Improvement & Agile/DevOps: Apply Agile/DevOps practices to improve processes and explore AI adoption.
