• Lead and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leaders to create a high-performing environment.
• Oversee intake of new requests, assess needs and feasibility with Product Owners.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, IT teams, and departments to align project plans and requirements.
• Apply Agile/DevOps best practices to improve processes and pursue AI-enabled efficiency.
