Job summary

Skyline Windows seeks a Lead Project Manager to own project delivery from start to finish, guiding PMs through execution. You will ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget results, while coordinating with clients, architects, and consultants to support project success.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and complex detailing with strong technical expertise, driving process improvements and leadership across the PM team.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in façade/window industry (required). Glass and aluminum window experience.
• College degree in a related field (construction management, engineering, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own PM performance, quality, and outcomes across projects and teams.
• Oversee multiple complex projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Lead largest projects and mentor PM team members.
• Identify design risks, flaws, and opportunities for innovation.
• Lead high‑level client, architect, and consultant interactions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes.
• Review incoming projects with executives, sales and engineering prior to kickoff.
