Job summary

CSG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee curtainwall projects for high-rise buildings, coordinating from design through closeout and interfacing with architects, engineers, and fabricators. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• General knowledge of the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Administer Curtainwall projects on high-rise buildings from pre-construction budgeting and scheduling through procurement, shop drawings, construction, turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals with Architects, Engineers, Drafters, and Factory.
• Obtain current structural drawings from the General Contractor and interface drawings from other trades for site use.
• Establish schedules of values, assist with monthly requisitions, change orders and project accounting duties.
• Develop project schedules based on client requirements, durations and lead times.
• Coordinate material release for fabrication to align with project schedule.
