Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong façade and building envelope background to lead complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

In this role you will manage project delivery, budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships, oversee consultants and contractors, review drawings and change orders, and mentor junior staff while ensuring excellent project outcomes for façade and exterior envelope systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of construction/project management experience, including significant Senior PM-level experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, and project controls.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project reporting.
• Strong client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to attend regular project meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade and building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Oversee façade design coordination, mock-ups, testing, inspections, sequencing, and installation.

• Monitor project performance, costs, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Manage and mentor junior project management staff.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted project advisor.

The successful candidate will manage project delivery, client relationships, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, and quality, while providing particular expertise across façade and exterior building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead façade and building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Oversee façade design coordination, mock-ups, testing, inspections, sequencing, and installation.

Candidates should have strong project management experience with façade and/or building envelope systems, including:

• Curtain wall and storefront
• Windows and glazing
• Stone and Masonry
• EIFS and rainscreen systems
• Waterproofing and exterior envelope systems

Experience working with façade contractors, specialty subcontractors, architects, engineers, and building envelope consultants is highly desirable.
