Job summary

Pillr Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Pharmacy Implementation to lead complex pharmacy implementations remotely. You will manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets, coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet program goals.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in project management, PMP (preferred), and experience with external client-facing, multi-year pharmacy projects. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience including a minimum of five years’ project management.
• Experience managing external client-facing, multi-year projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in managing new pharmacy implementation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, dependency-driven client engagements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resources.
• Proactively manage risks/issues and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather information needed for project definition and requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for various projects to drive execution.
• Disseminate client-facing and internal project communications and artifacts.
• Promote change and adoption of project management best practices.
• Work across multiple time zones and be available for extended hours and travel up to 25%.
