Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) seeks a dynamic leader to manage the Line Item Project-Early Installs (LIP-EI) organization. You will oversee PMs, Construction Managers, and Superintendents, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely execution of glovebox and infrastructure work supporting pit production.

You will coordinate shifts, resolve resource conflicts, mentor staff, and contribute to business development with senior ALDPI leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a technically oriented project team.
• Experience leading construction projects and managing changes in scope.
• Strong financial analysis and planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple concurrent work fronts with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Ensure work is safe and compliant with LANL policies and Integrated Work Documents.
• Mentor staff and communicate progress to shift management and senior leadership.
