Job summary

Banda Group International is seeking a Project Manager 2 / Superintendent 3 to lead LANL construction projects up to $500K, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resources. The role requires EVMS expertise and strong leadership across teams, with an emphasis on safety and compliance in a nuclear environment.

Candidate must have an engineering or scientific degree with 10+ years in related work, DOE Q clearance ability, and the ability to work on-site at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in engineering or scientific discipline and specialized project management coursework.
• Ten years of relevant experience; at least five years in engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Extensive EVMS knowledge and project controls experience.
• Experience in nuclear industry and DOE-related processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects valued at $500K or less, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide leadership to construction teams and oversee CAM activities.
• Develop work packages, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Perform EVMS variance analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Interpret engineering drawings and coordinate materials and vendors.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and work control compliance.
