Honda is seeking a Project Lead in the Auto Spec Control department in Ohio. You will manage complex development initiatives, promote critical milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time drawing package delivery.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, issue resolution, and mentoring associates while driving strategic business initiatives in a hybrid office environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership or related management experience.
• Excel; PowerPoint; strong communication and time management.
• Analytical ability to assess problems, prioritize, and decide direction.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff and management.
• Understanding of product development flow from design to production.
• Ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project milestones for FMC and MMC developments.
• Coordinate with Global Operations for drawing packages.
• Track package delivery issues and implement countermeasures.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports and communicate status to management.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to surface and resolve issues.
• Drive execution of strategic business initiatives and report quarterly on progress.
• Mentor new associates on milestones, team dynamics, and leadership responsibilities.
