Honda is seeking a Project Lead in the Auto Spec Control department in Ohio. You will manage complex development initiatives, promote critical milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time drawing package delivery.
Responsibilities include KPI reporting, issue resolution, and mentoring associates while driving strategic business initiatives in a hybrid office environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

This position represents Auto Spec Control department in a development team environment as Project Lead on a mix of complex Full Model Change (FMC) and Minor Model Change (MMC) developments. Creates, promotes, and manages critical milestones for successful package delivery. Track package delivery issues and quickly react to conflicts by creating unified countermeasures. Support project meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status within project team and management.
