Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of development and testing experience for powertrains.
• Knowledge of control systems, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and engine fundamentals.
• Experience with technical report writing and MS Project.
• Experience with powertrain/testing instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from concept through completion, coordinating with design, simulation, production, and program management.
• Conduct development testing, document results, and generate clear test reports within deadlines.
• Communicate project status and results through regular updates and technical reports.
• Lead a subgroup within the development team and manage tasks and training.
