Job summary

Harry Grodsky & Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical contracting projects in the Westford area.

You will oversee project teams, schedule work, manage safety and quality, and coordinate with Owners, Architects, and Construction Managers. The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and mentoring junior staff, with strong emphasis on cost control, documentation, and adherence to Procore, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management.
• Direct oversight of HVAC/plumbing projects with team leadership responsibility.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam RevU.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for all project activities and mentor project teams.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution with a focus on safety and quality.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships with Owners, Architects/Engineers, and Construction Managers.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; mentor PMs in cost-to-complete and cost control.
• Oversee project financials, monthly projections, and accounts receivable.
