Job summary

Design & Service, INC. seeks an experienced Project Manager with strong mechanical project background and a proven track record in client satisfaction. You will manage budgeting, schedules, and vendor coordination across multiple projects while driving pre-construction activities and measurable milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 8+ years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales on Project Turnovers reviewing scope and costs for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering for project buy out.
• Create and present detailed job schedules with milestones.
• Maintain high communication for customer satisfaction.
• Lead Kickoff Meetings with project team.
• Direct and mentor Assistant Project Manager on submittals and close out docs.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and vendors regarding critical path.
• Oversee project logistics with focus on commitments and communication.
• Issue monthly invoices per terms or project status.
• Complete monthly Cost to Completes with accurate forecasts.
• Lead pre-construction activities (submittals, RFIs, etc.).
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss project status and labor needs.
• Adhere to IIAR piping standards.
