ARC Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager with strong mechanical experience to lead multiple projects, manage budgets, schedule, and client satisfaction across New England area. The role emphasizes detailed planning, risk assessment, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, engineering, foreman and subcontractors; overseeing cost to completes, invoicing, and safety compliance; delivering high-quality results while maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8+ years of PM experience.
• Strong leadership, communications, and contract management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, Bluebeam, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate scope, costs, and milestones.
• Review scope with Sales and buy-out with Engineering; present schedules.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through strong communications.
• Oversee cost to completes, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety on job sites.
