Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a project lead to take full ownership of sophisticated restaurant and experiential projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will drive bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement, while coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, landlords, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires managing complex finishes, staying ahead of long-lead items, and ensuring alignment with design and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own complex interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost-control experience.
• Excellent coordination with architects, designers, consultants, landlords, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding, estimating, and proposal development for assigned projects.
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, landlords, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee MEP, millwork, fixtures, and owner-furnished items.
• Anticipate schedule risks, permits, inspections, and utility coordination.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communications.
• Ensure the finished space meets design, brand standards, quality, and schedule.
