Job summary

PerSéGroup is seeking a seasoned PM to own complex commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead design-driven, high-end interiors and luxury retail experiences, coordinating with architects, engineers, and field teams to turn design intent into reality.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and client communications. Expect national travel (2–4 days/month) and a role that demands proactive, calm leadership under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to run complex commercial TI projects independently.
• Experience coordinating with architects, designers, consultants, landlords, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding, estimating, and proposals through construction and closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and cost control from start to finish.
• Serve as the point person for clients, architects, designers, consultants, landlords, and internal project team.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and field team to turn design intent into a finished project.
• Identify risks around long-lead materials, permitting, inspections, and utilities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost reporting, and client communications.
• Coordinate specialty finishes, millwork, fixtures, and owner-furnished items where precision matters.
