• Must have lead experience on luxury residential projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from programming to installation.
• Strong interaction with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple luxury residential projects from concept through installation.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the life of the project.
• Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, furniture plans, and finish selections.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and weekly project reporting.
• Oversee procurement, expediting, receiving, and installation coordination.
• Understand residential construction, permitting, and Planning/Building Department processes.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with Principals to deliver high-level projects.
