GH Engage, a premier NYC builder, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll own schedule, budget, and quality, partnering with top architects, designers, and ownership groups to realize design intent with finishes that endure.

With 7+ years in PM for GC/CM firms, you bring expertise in high-end finishes, millwork, stone, and custom metals, plus proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Procore.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of PM experience with GC/CM/architecture/engineering firms.
• Experience delivering luxury commercial interiors or finish-intensive fit-outs.
• Strong command of high-end finishes and materials.
• Proficiency in schedule, budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6; Procore and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Design, Business, or related field.
• Excellent client-facing communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects end-to-end (preconstruction through closeout) as the primary owner of schedule, budget, and quality.
• Build and drive detailed schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Direct buyout, subcontracts, procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Own procurement of long-lead and custom materials (millwork, metals, stone, lighting, finishes).
• Run QA/QC and quality walks with architects, designers, and ownership.
• Manage mock-up reviews, finish approvals, and sample installations.
• Handle monthly billings, pay apps, and subcontractor invoice approvals.
• Partner daily with the Superintendent on field coordination, logistics, and sequencing.
• Mentor APMs and Superintendents, and raise the bar for the team.
