Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business required; advanced degree such as a master’s in science, healthcare, MBA or PhD preferred.
• Experience in pharma, medical device or biotechnology with 6–10 years in a management consulting context.
• Deep subject matter expertise in launch and commercialization within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience advising on digital transformation initiatives in pharma commercialization (e.g., modular content, marketing automation, CRM optimization).
• Participation in at least 5 different product launches or 5+ omnichannel/digital transformation projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to lead client teams.
• Proven track record of managing simultaneous client projects and teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong presentation skills.
• Leadership capabilities and a collaborative, high-performing mindset.
• Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems.
• Willingness to work from New York, Boston or San Francisco offices at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage between 2 to 5 projects simultaneously and oversee all related responsibilities.
• Lead a wide range of project types and provide structure to unfamiliar situations.
• Demonstrate exceptional project management by surfacing issues early and guiding agendas.
• Improve quality and clarity of outputs with clear direction and concise writing.
• Collaborate with leadership for thought partnership and flag potential red flags.
• Create a positive experience for all team members and mentor others.
• Solve problems in real-time with colleagues, leadership and clients.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and coaching to raise firm impact.
• Drive high-impact client meetings and challenge client thinking to add value.
• Develop strong client relationships and seek account alignment.
