ClearView Healthcare Partners in New York/Boston/San Francisco seeks a senior Project Lead to manage 2–5 projects and deliver strategic launch and commercialization insights. You will guide client engagements, shape strategy, and mentor teams to ensure high-quality outputs.

The role requires extensive experience in pharma launches, omnichannel strategies, and cross-functional leadership, with strong analytical and communication skills. Equity in client relationships and growth is a focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of management consulting experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Deep subject matter expertise in launch & commercialization within pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–5 projects simultaneously with related responsibilities.
• Lead a range of project types; provide structure to unfamiliar content areas.
• Elevate quality and clarity of outputs with clear direction and concise storytelling.
• Collaborate with leadership for thought partnership and early issue escalation.
• Mentor within and outside projects; uphold ClearView values.
• Drive high impact client meetings, challenge client thinking, add value.
