Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus in life sciences.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Boston, New York or San Francisco office 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 5 projects of varying complexity, guiding teams to on-time delivery.
• Lead a broad range of project types and provide structure to unfamiliar areas.
• Elevate quality and clarity of client deliverables through hypothesis-based thinking and concise storytelling.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to internal coaching and firm growth.
