Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners seeks a Consulting Project Team Lead to drive Launch & Commercialization across multiple offices. You will manage 2–5 projects, guide diverse workstreams, and ensure insightful client-ready deliverables with structured, hypothesis-driven analysis.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in pharma consulting, omnichannel and digital engagement expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive successful launches and client relationships in NY, Boston, or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business is required.
Advanced degree such as a master’s in science, healthcare, business administration (MBA) or PhD is preferred.
At least 6–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology for a management consulting firm.
Expertise in omnichannel strategy, digital engagement, and customer experience design for pharma launch and commercialization.
Experience advising on digital transformation initiatives in pharma commercialization.
Involvement in at least 5 product launches or at least 5 omnichannel/digital transformation projects.
Experience cross-functional teamwork and leading client projects.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to work 40% of time in NY, Boston, or SF offices.

Responsibilities

Manage between 2 to 5 projects at once and all corresponding responsibilities.
Lead a broad range of project types and support unfamiliar content areas with structure.
Demonstrate strong project management, raise issues early, design effective agendas, avoid 'fire drills'.
Improve quality and clarity of outputs with clear direction and concise storytelling.
Collaborate with leadership for thought partnership and flag potential issues.
Create a positive experience for all team members.
Solve problems in real-time with colleagues and clients.
Mentor within and outside projects and coach teams.
Be a role model and drive firm growth through initiatives and mentorship.
Lead high-impact client meetings and add value beyond the team.
Build strong client relationships and drive account alignment.
Keep methodologies rigorous and pivot as needed.
Ensure client-ready deliverables under any project scenario.
