Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a science, engineering or business major is required, advanced degrees preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting.
• Project leadership within P&MA, including market access, reimbursement, pricing, value & evidence and diligence support.
• Thought leader with breadth across P&MA dynamics & future trends; network of P&MA stakeholders.
• Experience cross-functionally bringing together client teams; manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 5 projects of varying complexity.
• Lead a broad range of ClearView P&MA project types and guide content.
• Raise issues to leadership early and design impactful agendas.
• Improve output quality with clear direction, hypothesis-based thinking, and concise writing.
• Collaborate with leadership and engage in thought partnership early.
• Mentor team members and contribute to coaching within and beyond projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure project impact and client satisfaction.
